      Resources of a large consulting firm.

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Goal setting is constantly pushed on everyone, with many meetings with manager to review and perfect your goals, but has zero impact on compensation raises and promotion if goals are met. You are a tiny cog in a huge wheel.

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.
