      Pros

      Good Benefits Very good work-life balance (work from home available, Social club, flexible hours) Good Salary (although I'm not sure new employees are being offered what used to be offered) Great building, canteen

      Cons

      Purse strings have tightened a bit and budgets are not always available for projects Sometimes it feels "All about the money". Very little mention of patients/improving people's lives a lot mentioned about profits/shareholders etc. Recent offshoring and redundancies in some areas have caused a dip in moral

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
