      the work load is insane. People do 60 hours a week and are asked to not log the time. People are layed off if they raise concerns with work load.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
