      Hybrid work, some awesome line managers, nice colleagues.

      Cons

      For a CTA not much room to evolve. The corporate structure is extremely intense, with constant new hires, making it difficult to stay connected with long-term developments. High workload and high, nonsensible expectations.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
