      Fully Remote Position Good Manager Decent Salary when I began Good Focus on work/life balance Very low health insurance premiums

      Cons

      Lack of annual merit increases. Postponed 2 years in a row. Less than 1% despite solid rating. Likely need to job hop in order to attain meaningful growth in salary and career. 4.5% 401K match on your 6% contribution

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
