      Benefits package is quite nice Management has wide knowledge base of industry Teams work together nicely Training has improved New tools have been built to assist the day to day functions of the job

      Work/Life balance is hard to maintain unrealistic timelines Management is not listening to the employees regarding suggestions on how to change processes

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
