Other departments in Icon seem to be better. Stay away from study start up. Management is ignorant to processes and very rude to employees.
Cons
The New employees coming to this department are leaving in droves. Management does not know how to train and feels humiliation is the key to success. They are nothing more than bullies and are very rude to the new and old staff. Stay away from this department. Do not be tricked into joining the study start up team. Look in another department at Icon or somewhere else.
