      ICON has gone through a lot of change over the last few years. Management have done yearly employee surveys and have listened. Brought in a career path to see you can get to your chosen level

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
