      Pros

      pleasant work environment, flexible schedule, supportive management, opportunity for travel, opportunity for personal and professional growth, a good place to get started in the industry.

      Cons

      starting salary in this position is low, there are no bonuses, the annual increase is next to nothing (1-2%), traveling takes over your life, submitting expense reports is insanely time consuming, sponsors are constantly trying to cut study budgets.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
