      Pros

      The people who work at Icon are great people who get the job done. People are friendly and very helpful when you are new to teh area. They are organized and have very strict ways of dealing with organizational things. Many people have been tehre for a very long time and enjoy working for the company just like me. They train you on their systems- which are very good.

      Cons

      commute to location is not desirable. The traffic is awful going into Philadelphia but i don't want to sell my house to make the move just for the job because it is a horrible housing market.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
