      Pros

      Very nice people, very helpful, relatively informal, many events being organised for personnel, and from my own experience, very fair manager

      Cons

      many deadlines, high work pressure, sometimes a lack of knowledge from people in higher functions, although there are lots of trainings, they should invest in proper relevant training, tailored to the function.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
