      ICON seems to always have work and is very busy with projects and big pharma.

      Cons

      With so much work, ICON personnel seems to have too much work and if you don't communicate to management, then additional resources will not be able to be assigned.

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
