Great working environment, very supportive, treated well by upper management
Cons
They tried to move PM into maintenance without asking. Local management is much more unaccustomed to working with entry level / lower level employees as opposed to highly trained employees that can work effectively and efficiently with minimal interference. The pay is low for MY area. Little room for promotion without many years of service.
