Pros
None that I can point out. This company is a real mess. Management is not transparent at all. The company doesn't have protocols to avoid or prevent discrimination, to stimulate career progression or the development of employees. Coworkers are unprofessional, overworked and always afraid of someone or something. Managers are not interested in training or supported in their training efforts.
Cons
This is an environment so negative. There is no respect across multiple levels. People harass each other and constantly strive to move ahead of others. No team work although they claim the company is based on those principles. Not a good place to work. Benefits are not very good either. Though different groups might behave different, there is a negative environment throughout the teams and in different locations.
