      - This company has gone through massive growth since my arrival in 2012 and growth is still happening 2.5 years later. It has been fantastic to be part of this transformation. - I arrived in 2012 not really knowing what to expect and not knowing how long I would stay. The people are friendly and enthusiastic and always ready to listen to and implement ideas. - The nature of growth has meant massive learning and professional growth opportunities.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
