Pros
Good Benefits. Some of the people you work with are very smart and good people.
Cons
Salary is not competitive; less than frugal with no bonuses. Low head count that doesn't allow for enough resources, which overworks people and puts the quality of work at risk. All work is rushed with not much care for quality. Systems are horrible. Upper Management needs improving. The culture is a 'pointing finger' or 'throw you under the bus' type of culture;
