None, not a damn thing!
Cons
Low pay, no room for growth, high turnover, poor management, micromanagers, poor benefits, poor health insurance, does not follow their own Culture "own it" BS, does not care for employees health or well being only how much money they can make, overload of work life balance, reduced everyone's pay during the pandemic, refused inclimate weather pay when all of Texas had no power, heat or water and all major highways were down, old facility, old systems everything is still done by paper, no Thanksgiving or Christmas meals, no Christmas bonus, no appreciation shown to staff unless it's left overs from a conference.
