      Work/life balance, benefits, training programs and advancement opportunities.

      Corporate based company culture, too many IT systems that are constantly changing, lots of in-fighting and power struggles with management teams.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
