      Exciting projects across a wide variety of therapy areas and sponsors

      Cons

      People are not valued as they were 5 years ago. Having been a global department head, my compensation was okay but generally the company has become very tight fisted in rewarding its people.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
