      Nice and subsidized canteen, Social Club organizes monthly a varied agenda with fun activties, Car Park for employees, Decent Salary, Cycle to Work scheme on, Flexi time -starting time is any time from 7 -10 am as long as you stay 8.5 hours in , Employees manage their own time. Big corporate culture

      Cons

      Little opportunity for career progression, Distant from city centre, very industry specific ( pharmaceutical & clinical trial research)

      Pros

      Strong Leadership, Fair/Average compensation, Thrive Program (company strives to keep you employeed as Sponsor reallocations occur)

      Cons

      HR is very hands off. It is very difficult to speak to anyone. Not simple to call and ask a question. Everything has to go through a portal. This is challenging when there is time sensitive needs. They make it work but in my opinion, this is a 'con'.
