Pros
Friendly co-workers. Convenient location of the office. Good salary (if you had negotiated smart) and decent benefits. Good place to try and grasp fundamentals of how a CRO operates, and then enlist to another company.
Cons
Dead-end position; no options for advancing your career to a next level. Random assignment of studies and sites: some employees are pinned down by the ever-increasing workload, while others coast. No balance between private and profesional life. Management makes no atempts to retain the best and the brighest ("everyone is replacable" is the norm).
