      Pros

      Company with fast paced growth, internal opportunities and good pay. Co-workers are extraordinarily pleasant and great to work with.

      Cons

      They tend to understaff for the required work to be done. Acquisitions are challenging to integrate due to system incompatibility. Knowledge sharing of projects coming in is limited. Newer management has been negative toward long time employees.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
