      Pros

      Good direct managers. Good PTO

      Cons

      CEO and team only cares about bottom line. While they act and put on a public face that the employees are key, they would just as soon ship all jobs overseas foresaking quality to save money. They look down on employees who don’t come into the office! The PRA merge has been a nightmare and it seems like those at the top are being told it went well when the people doing the work are still negatively impacted!

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
