Toxic Director Level Management - Lab Analyst ICON Employee Review

There is no work life balance, staff numbers/resources deplete without replenishment and do more with less. The pay amongst the same positions is inconsistent. New hires that often have less experience than current employees begun at a salary $5,000k more for the same job, without reason. Associate Director level and above does not understand how to complete/perform most of the analyst job tasks. However, they bark (delusional) workload expectations and advise they expect daily overtime of each analyst - but yet they refuse to work past 4pm.
