      Good bonus (formerly) and good work-life balance previously.

      Cons

      The acquisition of PRA has been nothing short of a train wreck. We have had title changes that have nothing to do with our daily tasks, promotions are now based in pre-determined favoritism, SOPs have changed drastically (for the worse), and so on.

      Great benefits including PTO, health care and other benefits.

      Cons

      Very much a brother-in-law feel when it comes to promotions and praise. If you aren't in the cool club, you will be shunned and left out. Management also makes business decisions without understanding the niche part of the various industries.
