      Good organization for learning and growing. You will always get support from your team members but most of all, there is harmony in the management that makes your work life less stressful. There is immense growth for IT people who can constantly see and build creative solutions for various clients.

      Pros

      I have been working with ICS Globalsoft from last 4 Years and have a wonderful experience working here. Very helpful and Friendly staff. They have very good knowledge and experience on Immigration. Nice working atmosphere and good work life balance. They never missed or delayed a single payment in my last 4 years. I would definitely recommend the company to others.

      There is no downsides.
