Inclusive, non-hierarchical culture. I always feel able to express my opinion and everyone is encouraged to suggest ways the company can improve Fast paced and constantly changing. You will not get bored here. The company is very open to change and constantly trying new things The new office in Woking is very modern, very well designed and in a great town centre location The umbrella company Danaher puts a big emphasis on D+I In some ways there is the best of both worlds - IDBS still has that startup mentality of a small company, but supported by global parent company Danaher Through Danaher I have the opportunity to take different training courses and network with other Danaher companies, which is beneficial to my long term career development

IDBS has grown a lot over the last few years and in some ways still operates as a small business with some processes that are not scalable The pay and benefits could be better
