Pros
IDEX gave me the chance to grow. I started 15 years ago as a customer Service employee for the French region. Quickly after that I became Supervisor for the Customer Care Team group then after showing my efforts, I had the opportunity to be Manager of CCT and Purchasing at the same time and now managing CCT, purchase and the warehouse. On top of that I'm a HR partner, reporting to the US (exactly what I wanted). It cannot be more inclusive than that for me. It's very challenging but so much more educative and rewarding.
Cons
Sometimes we lay off very valuable employees too quickly. I know that cash is important but usually after a quarter we stand up financially again.
