Pros
The corporate office is always ready to help. There are no egos in the team. Everyone is willing to chip in to help with whatever needs to get done. I have seen a large amount of promotions and upward movement internally which is great to see. IDEX is one of the most employee friendly companies I have worked at. During the initial COVID epidemic IDEX paid employees who were out due to COVID.
Cons
The decentralized nature of the organization does cause some normally streamlined processes to take a lot more time.
