Pros

IDology is a great place to work! Good place to really learn about a software company. They have a really good culture and always trying to find new ways to improve. I worked with them for almost a year and I had a great experience. Management was always helpful, flexible when needed and understanding.

Cons

I don't really have any cons worth mentioning.

Flexible work culture, Small and Scappy Team, Marketing is respected and important to the rest of the company, Leaders are invested in doing the work well so growth and learning opportunities are abundant.

Cons

It is a small marketing team so people do lots of things and there is not a lot of room for lattered growth.
