Free parking? Can't think of too many at the moment...

Cons

- Favoritism has taken the place of hard work and knowledge when it comes to succeeding here. - Don't invest in new solutions - Mgt will go out of their way to hold back an employee's growth if they don't conform to their politics - Veiled threat of layoffs constantly looms - New upper mgt have no product knowledge, which leads to toxic game of 'passing-the-blame' - Hypocrisy is rampant when it comes to penalization of mgt compared to employees

It is a small marketing team so people do lots of things and there is not a lot of room for lattered growth.
