Great executive team that is very transparent. Executive team understands and values diversity and inclusion. Great work environment. Very progressive company. Good family-oriented company . Very smart employees. Employees gain experience in a variety of areas, giving them multiple skills. You’ll feel a sense of ownership (success stories are shared and celebrated). Employees work hard, and they're rewarded. You’ll get closer to the mission through company sync-up meetings.

Cons

We have minor growing pains because we're growing so fast.

It is a small marketing team so people do lots of things and there is not a lot of room for lattered growth.
