Pros

There are some great people who are knowledgeable, hard working, and very approachable.

Cons

Unfortunately, the amazing people I spoke of are not in management positions. The managerially hierarchy is mostly comprised of those who do not have the product knowledge expected from their very own subordinates. Their priorities range from valuing those who speak the loudest but produce weak output; enforcing blind loyalty (ex: the suspicious amount of positive reviews that crop up for every critical one); and sacrificing process quality for short term success.
