Pros

Good company, open door policy, employees and management are friendly and fair. You get to work in an industry that is growing exponentially. Good stepping stone to learn the business then go on to thrive elsewhere

Cons

Company hit a stagnation period from a growth / headcount perspective, so opportunities for advancement would likely be limited for anybody who just joins the team now, unless your superior leaves.

Flexible work culture, Small and Scappy Team, Marketing is respected and important to the rest of the company, Leaders are invested in doing the work well so growth and learning opportunities are abundant.

Cons

It is a small marketing team so people do lots of things and there is not a lot of room for lattered growth.
