Good PTO. Medical seems expensive, but may be in line with other companies. Management seems to care about employee welfare and offer good work/life benefits.

Cons

Definitely lean on the employee headcount.

Flexible work culture, Small and Scappy Team, Marketing is respected and important to the rest of the company, Leaders are invested in doing the work well so growth and learning opportunities are abundant.

Cons

It is a small marketing team so people do lots of things and there is not a lot of room for lattered growth.
