Pros

The company really takes care of its employees. Benefits are great and the environment is laid back but still professional. People are friendly - no backstabbing!

Cons

It's very behind the times. Staff answers to a worldwide network of volunteers. and it's hard to move anything forward without their approval. Different departments can sometimes have vastly different flexibility and policies for staff.
