      Pros

      Management treats everyone exactly the same. There’s a hierarchy in place, but those at the so-called “bottom of the totem pole” are not treated with any less respect than those at the top.

      Cons

      Diversity in the workplace is something IEM needs to work on.

      Manufacturing environment so its not for everyone. Can be very hands on and the environment is very hot
