Ive enjoyed my first year with IEM. The interview was professional but the vibe was different in that it was personal but in the best way, not just the usual "what would you do if" questions. They actually wanted to know my history and passions. Thus far I've been trusted and encouraged, I haven't been micromanaged or nagged. I really love my job
