Too many layoffs. No loyalty to hard working employees! - Anonymous employee IGT Employee Review

Constant impending layoffs and "At Will" firings are not helping morale. There is a severe lack of loyalty to hard working employees at this company. Everyone here is in constant fear for their jobs and livelihood. CEO could care less about the people that make this place tick. She's playing Jenga with the workforce and removing integral key employees that are not easily replaced.
