Pros

- friendly and also helpful co-workers - cheap meal options for staff

Cons

- your to-do lists might be endless, especially if your department is popular and if it is a weekend or holiday - expected to do, learn or remember nearly as many things as a Full Timer - flexible schedules for Part Timers do not exist here and need to be planned a month in advance - 12-13 bucks per hour is definitely not enough - although co-workers can be friendly, they rather stick with their own cliques - senior management can be rather uptight and nitpicky - incentives is barely a thing here (apparently it has been a year since the last incentive was given) since the sales needed for that is practically impossible with the decline of ikea (look at the news for the past two years) - location can be rather remote for most - tech stuff regarding online access to anything is such a hassle even my higher ups were complaining about it - too much workshops or trainings (offline/online) which I find rather unnecessary or outright useless in my opinion for Part Timers
