      Company with a great vision "to create a better everyday live for the many" which used their size and a huge part of their profit to realize this vision, and a company with a work ethic based on Values. IKEA offers various job opportunities worldwide across different industries.

      Cons

      With a growing company it seems to get more and more difficult to live up to the values and some individuals can make the difference between a great experience and mediocre experience.
