      friendly coworkers, decent pay, supportive managers, friendly, encouraging, strong sense of community, brand strength, strong career ladder in place, continual reviews for betterment

      over complicates simple tasks, pushes you into a career path even if it's a temporary job, takes too long to make changes that are necessary to complete the job
