      The co-workers. working with people that you get along with, being able to talk to your managers or HR if you need to.

      Cons

      the hours can be random at time, there's no fixed schedule and it's computer automated.

      They have very nice break rooms. One of the best i have seen in my employment history.

      Cons

      It can be very busy, and you might have to argue with customers a lot and that really drains your energy
