      Benefits, definitely not a good pay.

      Cons

      Don't expect to move up in this company. They will overload you with work and if you do manage to work hard the management will take credit for your work. Turnover is very high. Expect to work constantly. I had two weekends off in 6 months. Shifts are not regular. In one week you may work various shifts, mornings or evenings.

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
