      Amazing concept and vision, fantastic product range, very inspiring.

      Cons

      IKEA has an admirable company culture and values. Unfortunately, the current country leadership has lost that. There is a good deal of chaos and disruption due to an unsuccessful reorganization and a downward sales trend. Long term managers and coworkers are in confusion and are disengaged.
