      Pros

      Overall IKEA pays more then the typical big box. Health insurance is very good(getting expensive)

      Cons

      IKEA is becoming just like every other big box. Horrible morale little to no trust in the company. Insane turnover. Loss of a ton of tenured staff has led to new coworkers training new coworkers( little to no development)

      Benefits PTO and vacation The team is good. Installing the roomsets and media Picking design to a certain extent

      Management The design can be really controlled You have to get approval from so many people Manager is micro managing
