Pros

Sites all over the USA so if you want to move to another city you can

Cons

Lack of good pay to keep employees, jumping through hoops, idiotic timeclock on the IKON website always running so slow so you always have to clock in 10 minutes before just to get clocked in and out for hourly employees

Pros

- Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL in responding to customer needs - Compensation Plan is competitive - Management leaves you alone - if you are a performer

Cons

- Poor compensation plan for mileage - HR does not follow the same guidelines for all individuals - Management is ONLY out to better themselves - Demeaning language is tolerated even after HR complaints - Account management takes away from selling time - Management will give or take away large accounts, based on how much they like you - Poor communication about major transitions happening within the company
