Pros

When you just need a job, thats fine. They do offer educational benefits, and there is medical, it just isn't very good.

Cons

The Managers are terrible. There is absolutely no communication. Procedures and policies are Archaic. No understanding of what the customer is really looking for. Just recently held back raises and isn't compensating the worker any back pay for what is clearly mismanagement by mid level managers. Mid Level managers are weak at best, no back bone.

Pros

- Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL in responding to customer needs - Compensation Plan is competitive - Management leaves you alone - if you are a performer

Cons

- Poor compensation plan for mileage - HR does not follow the same guidelines for all individuals - Management is ONLY out to better themselves - Demeaning language is tolerated even after HR complaints - Account management takes away from selling time - Management will give or take away large accounts, based on how much they like you - Poor communication about major transitions happening within the company
