none that I can think of

Cons

Top management can't be trusted (they change the rules whenever convenient) Heavy-handed management, top-down decision-making Resist moving from "box" selling to selling "professional services" despite lip service to contrary Sniping at every level Best "box sellers" continue to be rewarded

Pros

- Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL in responding to customer needs - Compensation Plan is competitive - Management leaves you alone - if you are a performer

Cons

- Poor compensation plan for mileage - HR does not follow the same guidelines for all individuals - Management is ONLY out to better themselves - Demeaning language is tolerated even after HR complaints - Account management takes away from selling time - Management will give or take away large accounts, based on how much they like you - Poor communication about major transitions happening within the company
