Pros

Big company not going to close doors. Decent benefits.

Cons

Management does not treat all employees the same. People are promoted due to relationship with their boss and not performance. No consideration for employee's professional growth or personal needs. Senior management requires middle management to micro manage. Expected to work 60+ hours per week. No problem in expecting you to work Saturdays and Sundays.

Pros

- Service Department is EXCEPTIONAL in responding to customer needs - Compensation Plan is competitive - Management leaves you alone - if you are a performer

Cons

- Poor compensation plan for mileage - HR does not follow the same guidelines for all individuals - Management is ONLY out to better themselves - Demeaning language is tolerated even after HR complaints - Account management takes away from selling time - Management will give or take away large accounts, based on how much they like you - Poor communication about major transitions happening within the company
